After BE/B.TEch you can pursue Masters in the same field and go on to pusue PhD too... If you are interested in a Research based or Teaching based work...
Or you could go for an MBA
Or study ISO standards and stuff and become a certified auditor.
Or you just start working with a decent company.
Or do nothing! :)
